Love this place. Huge menu. Quality food. Sushi and Sashimi are top-notch. Great Mai Tais! Prices are great. Jenny is the best.

Very generous portions and friendly service. The place is small and can get a little crowded. The Vietnamese dishes are top notch, full of flavor. My sister had mixed feelings about the uni-don, which was not served in a Japanese way, but was just sushi-size bites of eel with rice and veggies around it, which felt much more Japanese. But she still found it tasty. My bbq pork vermicelli dish was outstanding.

The food and drinks are phenomenal. For what looks like nothing on the outside turns into a diamond in the rough on the inside. Busy times the line is out the door so get here early or be prepared to wait. I love the the owner. She's sassy and not afraid to show it!! 💜

I've been here quite a few times when in the area, and my, it's worth stopping for. The menu is very widespread with Chinese, Japanese, and Vietnamese dishes. Surprisingly all of these are done very well. The pho is probably the best in the state, the sushi is fantastic, and the drinks are great too! Try everything you can, you'll be happy. I'm glad I did.

Everything was good but we asked for vegetable lo mein and got chicken instead, its our anniversary and I feel bad to not eat it but i don't eat meat and even though I picked it out its all I can taste. It was even labeled as veggie lo mein, next time maybe just be sure there's actually no meat in it as we did request veggie and didn't want any meat in it... otherwise it was great.

Amazing prices and large portions. Also the staff are very hardworking and kind. The owner is very sweet and she remembers my order every time I go.

Great food and friendly service! It's a small place but you don't feel like you're rubbing elbows with the next table. Parking in the very small lot is tough, but worth it!

The food here is amazing. Love the fried rice. So places just phone it in with rice, but this place gets it right. Taro bubble tea is super yummy. The owner is a really nice lady. Left off a star because the place really needs a face lift. The booths have seats that are completely uncomfortable as the springs are pretty much blown. Decor is outdated and shows its age and wear. New table and chairs, new flooring and a fresh coat of paint would really make the place more appealing. Otherwise, very happy.

Saigon is always amazing!! Whether your eating in or taking out it's fantastic! They also have such a wide variety of food. Also, if you have a sweet tooth, try the avocado milkshake!

Rarely give 5 stars... first place ever to really make my General's chicken Xtra spicy (am sweating!)...low mein and pork spares...perfect...1st time eater...life long customer! Plus sense of humor? Ya can't ask for more! I'll be sorry tomorrow but so worth it!

Great pho and Chinese food. Cozy environment. Very kind waiters and awesome owner. Gets pretty busy during peak hours. Parking lot is tiny. You may have to park at Planet Fitness next door

Food is very good, sushi rolls are huge. Not a big fan of the Chinese food, but the rest is delicious.

Owner was extremely rude. She was walking away as I was trying to place my order. Never asked If I wanted anything other than water. I had to find someone to get a hot tea, which was lukewarm when I received it. Never was asked if I wanted a refill. All my food was dumped on the plate. Food was terrible.

Always go here with the family, place may seem mediocre from the outside but trust me and go inside and see. The food is amazing all the time, the portions are huge and I just can’t decide which amazing dish to get each time! Staff is always super mice and Jenny is amazing at keeping everything in check.

I have been going to this restaurant since it opened and normally greatly enjoy the food. However, today, Aug 6 2020 I picked up takeout and the restaurant smelled strongly of mothballs. When I got the food home and began to eat it, one of my dishes tasted strongly, and discusstingly, of the way mothballs smell. The active ingredient in mothballs is naphtalene, a substance that is harmful to blood cells if swallowed and can cause severe illness and death. It is incredible irresponsable and dangerous that this should have ended up in food. When I called to report the issue the person who answered the phone mentioned "yeah that's because they must have been doing the spices back there" and then hung up on me. I was able to talk to the owner by calling back and had my food refunded. I will report this to the health department in the morning when they are open.

Large menu to order from with lots of unique and tasty options. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

As always great meal. Spicy wings, won ton soup, fried rice and chicken chow mein. Good weight staff kept the food coming and beers full.

Very good Asian restaurant. A lot of places mix different cuisines to arrive at their interpretation of Asian fusion. This place is more like at least three in one. The Chinese food I went for is top quality. The flavors are excellent and the dishes are at the quality of areas with large Chinese communities. Better than many in San Francisco China Town, for example. Unusually for an American Chinese restaurant, the spicy dishes are correctly spicy. The sushi is also excellent, again they would stand well against any good California sushi bar in a Japanese area. My wife had one of their Vietnamese dishes and said it was as good as any she had had at Le Cheval and other great SF Bay area restaurants. Really we've hardly made an impression on the options in their menu. I don't know how they can offer so many options and do such a good job on all of them. There is nothing bad to report, I just wish they were closer to home so we could go more often.

The quality of the sushi pieces is slipping. Not gonna lie, not a heck of a lot of fish in the rolls maki or sushi. Im finding less fish , & more vegetable fillers. It was a good thing once...

Great food and kind staff. I got pho and a vermicelli bowl and both were full of flavor. Pho is a favorite of mine and theirs did not disappoint! I will definitely be returning soon.

This is one of my local favorites. I crave a #47 bowl and fresh roll from Saigon & Tokyo every couple weeks. They offer Chinese, Japanese ( including sushi bar), and Vietnamese. I've eaten sushi here twice. Seemed pretty good to me, but not an aficionado. Never had a bad meal here, nor have I ever had bad service here.This is a family owned 'hole in the wall' that's easy to miss if you aren't looking for it. If you decide to eat in, prepare to wait - this place is always busy. Seating is cozy and comfortable, but it's limited. Take out is available, of course.Our traditional Christmas Day Chinese food feast has come from Saigon & Tokyo for the past 2 years. Always delicious.

I eat in this spot a lot since I work right next to it. I like how their service is always excellent and they keep the spot neat at all times. Rates are convenient and they serve generous portions.

I live in Colorado now but might move back just for this place. I miss it so much--the food is incredible and so are the staff.

Saigon & Tokyo easily has the best food around. A small place that is easy to miss off of Central Avenue that is a MUST try for Chinese food lovers. The staff is very friendly, and the owner is the coolest lady you will ever meet

Probably the best Asian food in Dover. My favorite egg noodles. Menu is quite extensive, their dishes are tasty and balanced ready to eat or take out. In rush hours (after work) get ready for some waiting time, also parking lot is small.

Sooo many options! They have a Chinese menu, Japanese menu, and Vietnamese menu. The server was able to verify foods with possible allergens, and made my meal gluten free. Always a family favorite

Great dumplings, and delcious pork fried rice! The chicken teriyaki was also very good. Good location, and very affordable. Friendly staff, and nice interior, food tasted hot and fresh! The lomain was a bit underwhelming, but other than that everything was great!

I have been going to Saigon and Tokyo since they opened. Working in restaurants for years and this has been my go-to spot. I have been able to take friends, family, first dates, etc. here and not have to worry about a bad experience. Jenny will greet you by name if you come in often enough and all of the staff are attentive even on your first visit. I highly recommend ordering any of the sushi as I've eaten almost every menu item they offer. Gyoza are a must have and make sure they are pan fried. The sauce will later be utilized for anything else you want to dunk in it (which is typically everything). When I eventually move away from here I will personally try and convince Jenny to open a Saigon and Tokyo 2 in whatever city I am in.
